But what happens if you have student loans, that means that you aren’t financially capable of buying a home, right? WRONG. Student loans may affect your monthly budget, but there are mortgages available for those with student loans. You still can qualify for a mortgage loan.

The way underwriting is looking at student loans has impacted the home buying business for many. It can be done but it is not as easy as before, Bob.

Great information for buyers who have student loan debt.  Having that  obligation can be a challenge, but it's not impossible to work through in the homebuying process.

Thank you for your comments. I think many individuals asddled with student loans which are usually for a large amount of money just give up and rent instead of trying to buy.
